All rates include 4 adults. Additional people ages 12 and over are $5.00 per night. One night deposit required at time of reservation and credit card required to hold reservation. A $20.00 processing fee, per rental unit, will be applied to vacation rental cancellations. The remaining deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 5 days in advance (groups/reunions are one month in advance) of your reservation date or 14 days in advance on major holidays. If no notice of cancellation is given, there will be no refund issued. Two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday, Saturday). Three night minimum on major holiday weekends.
Check-in after 3:00pm and checkout is 12:00pm.
